In Internet Explorer:
- Click the Tools Button (It Should have a Picture of a Gear to the left of the Text)
- Select the Delete Browsing History Option
- Check Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History (Do NOT check Form Data or Passwords since this will clear all data you have saved in forms and all saved passwords)
- Click the Delete Button
In Firefox:
- Click the Tools Menu
- Select the Clear Private Data Option
- Check Browsing History, Cache, Cookies, Offline Website Data, and Authenticated Sessions (Do NOT check Saved Passwords as this will delete all your saved passwords)

As another precautionary measure you can run CCleaner and/or Glary Utilities and cleanup what they find to make sure all data is deleted.
